Welcome to Word Sprite Quest (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, rent, sell, or sublicense the App.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Important)

• What's included: Pro unlocks all grades, spelling mode, and the parent learning report.
• Price & period: Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions; a lifetime option (one-time, non-subscription) is also offered. Prices are shown in the App.
• Free trial: New users may get a 3-day free trial. If not cancelled during the trial, it converts to a paid subscription at the selected price. Trials are limited to one per Apple ID / subscription group.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew and are charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours beforehand.
• Payment: Charged to your Apple Account.
• Manage / cancel: In iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds: Handled by Apple under its policies.

3. In-App Purchases

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's terms. We never receive your payment details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, not to disrupt its operation, and not to attempt to bypass paywalls or subscription mechanisms.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (UI, icons, sprite characters, question banks, etc.) are owned by us or respective rights holders and protected by law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Disclaimer

The App is an English-learning aid provided “as is,” with no guarantee of learning outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Minors

The App is designed for learners including minors. Parents or guardians should help manage device and subscription settings, and purchases should be made with a guardian's consent.

8. Apple Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where they conflict, the terms more favorable to the user apply.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the latest version and effective date on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
